Delivery FAQ
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. We'll provide a clear quote before you complete your purchase. Local deliveries in Halifax and surrounding areas are very competitive.
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock items are delivered within 7–14 days. Made-to-order items (such as bespoke upholstery) typically take 4–8 weeks. We'll give you an accurate timeframe when you order.
Do you deliver upstairs?
Yes, our two-person delivery team will bring furniture into your home and place it in your chosen room. Please let us know in advance if there are access challenges (narrow stairs, tight doorways, etc.).
Can I choose a delivery date?
Absolutely. We'll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window. We offer weekday and Saturday deliveries where possible.
What if I'm not home?
We require someone to be present to accept delivery and inspect the items. If you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible.
Do you remove old furniture?
We do not currently offer old furniture removal as standard, but we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis. Please ask when placing your order.
