Do you offer delivery nationwide?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across mainland UK. Delivery times vary by product and location — typically 1–4 weeks for stocked items. We also offer free local delivery in the Halifax area on most items. Contact us for a delivery quote to your postcode.
Can I visit your showroom?
Absolutely! Our 5-floor showroom at Well Lane, Halifax is open Monday–Saturday 9:00–17:30, Sunday 11:00–16:00, and Bank Holidays 10:00–16:00. No appointment needed — just come down and browse. Our friendly team is on hand to help.
Do you offer finance options?
Yes, we offer a range of finance options to spread the cost of your purchase. Speak to our showroom team or contact us for details. Finance is subject to status and terms and conditions apply.

We are authorised stockists of 13 premium brands: Stressless, G Plan, La-Z-Boy, Tetrad, Sherborne Upholstery, Celebrity Furniture, Vintage Sofa Co, Alpha Designs, Ashwood Designs, Harrison Spinks, Hypnos, Sealy, and Sleepeezee. See our Brands page for more information on each.
Can I order samples before buying?
Yes, we can arrange fabric and leather swatches for most of our upholstery brands. Visit our showroom to see hundreds of fabric options in person, or contact us and we can post samples to you.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned in original condition. Clearance and ex-display items are sold as seen. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How long will my furniture take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by product. In-stock items typically arrive within 1–2 weeks. Made-to-order items (e.g. custom fabric choices) can take 6–8 weeks. We'll give you an accurate estimate when you place your order.
Is my furniture covered by a guarantee?
Yes, all products come with a manufacturer's guarantee. Guarantees range from 5 years (mattresses, actions) up to 25 years (G Plan frames). Your statutory rights are not affected.
