2. Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before accepting an order.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and provide an estimated delivery date or a full refund if you have already paid.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet the estimated delivery date but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control. 4. Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Furniture is large and heavy — we recommend visiting our showroom to see items in person before purchasing.

Clearance and ex-display items are sold as seen and may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

5. Guarantees

All products come with a manufacturer's guarantee. Guarantee periods vary by brand and product type — from 5-year mattress guarantees to 25-year frame guarantees on G Plan upholstery. Your statutory rights are not affected by these guarantees.

6. Images & Descriptions

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Suppliers may photograph products in a single fabric or finish, and the actual product may differ slightly. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by a small tolerance. We recommend verifying measurements with our showroom team for items where exact fit is critical.

7. Liability

Stone Dam Mills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
